The Project:

La Palma Observatory Hotel, Spa & Thermal Residences is a hotel and a residence project located in La Fortuna, San Carlos, North Area of Costa Rica.  Its the most visited area of the country only surpassed by the beaches in the Central Pacific, and connects the Arenal Volcano with the cloudy forest of the Monteverde and Santa Elena.

La Fortuna is a charming, quiet and easy to access town.  The easy access from the capital, San Jose, constitutes the entrance to Arenal Volcano, and offers a spectacular scenario of the most active volcano in Costa Rica.  The town has many other attractions such as Fortuna waterfall and the Arenal reservoir, beside all kind of adventure activities such as rafting, horse back riding, hiking, fishing, canopy tours or kayaking in fresh water.

The project consists of the development of a Five Star "Boutique Hotel" with thermal spring water, fourteen towers of condominiums - eithteen units each, fifty eight houses with thermal spring water jacuzzis, one spa with thermal spring water, four club houses with thermal spring water and social, urban & recreational areas.
